Job Description
Role : Customer support specialist.
As a customer support at wise, you will play a major role as first point of contact to the customers, as a skilled person, you will find all the available ways to solve the customer problems with at most care and empathy. you will get customer queries from all the channels like calls, chat & email you need to ensure that customer is getting proper and satisfactory resolution.
Key responsibilities :
- To provide high quality customer support trough Call, chat and Email with focused resolution to the customer.
- resolve customer problems with at most care and proper judgement ensuring minimal escalations
- To meet performance KPI such as quick resolution time, customer satisfaction and quality
- Basic understanding and deep understanding of assigned department
- Communication properly and clearly with adaptive tone to resolve the customer queries in smoother way
- To maintain a record of customer queries and also to follow the assigned SOP for the all the customer queries.
- To strictly follow security and data related data
- Need to contribute proactively in all the team discussions and knowledge sharing sessions
- Always aim to learn and scale up the knowledge to improve continuously
- Always enhance the WISE core values.
