Operations analyst role is daily contributor role required and responsible for giving technical solutions to the most difficult problems. as the entry level role this position should address day to day queries of customers, application issues, problems and concerns that are more detailed in natured and this post specially requires a research and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- provide solutions and root cause for the problems and find appropriate solutions
- need to follow SLA guidelines, ensuring and reporting and also escalating ticket by following necessary follow-up’s
- To analyze metrics and identify possible reasons for any achievements or deviation
- To participate in ticket review and ensuring to get proper solution for all the tickets
- to create a status reports for all the tickets as per the management updates
- To provide and maintain a proper documentation for the developed solutions and also develop production ready scripts for the record and reference
- provide continues reports and stats on production servers that include system health, recourse utilization, file transfer rate, database insert rate and logs
- Use alarm monitoring tools interrupt the condition being alarmed resolve and support the next level support
- Participating in new initiatives for providing technical solutions.
- May support provisioning
Experience, Education and certification
- Bachelor degree in computer science, electronics, or equal lent education.
- 0-2 years of relevant professional experience in the areas of application support, customer support, queries resolution and ticket handling
- Prior experience in telecom industry will be preferred
Additional Requirements
- 24/7 customer support, system monitoring, system monitoring and willing to work.
- Ability to communicate the status of the ticket effectively
- Ability to work with team and also independently
