About the Job
LMS specialist – This role mainly responsible for handling incoming and customer calls from the clients and customers. This position mainly responsible for the the client servicing and also aims to provide full satisfaction for the customers and also for the clients. The role is a collaborative role, one need to connect with all the departments to give the best customer and client satisfaction. This role oversees the activities of other team members within the team.
Job Responsibilities
- Responding to incoming Messages, calls in various channels with a respective and professional manner ensuring correct and satisfactory service to the customer and also for the clients
- To provide accurate and correct information to the customer with the help of correct tools and informative materials
- Understanding the company products and also the services to make sure to respond to the clients and customers with the correct information
- Identity customer needs through active listening and researching issues and resolving problems
- Document tickets ( Calls, chats , emails) in the call center data base
- Follow specific scripts and database to ensure correct information provided
- Use always positive and friendly professional tone and also check the grammar mistakes before proceeding
- Show interest to learn new skills and adapt to the company guidelines and procedures
Required Skills and Experience
- Should have strong written, verbal and professional communication skills
- Expectational communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and customer oriented approach
- should have ability to handle various tasks as per the task priority
- Should be ok to work in shifts and also 24/7 as per the shift
- Should be okay to have scheduled week offs as per the business requirements
Education Requirements
- Should have high school or diploma equal lent
- If have any experience in customer support will be added as advantage
- Willingness to work in remote and also should able to work independently
Salary : 30,000/month
