Job Description
Customer support specialist will learn and gain deep knowledge about the eMaint and Fluke software, These two are the sub products of the Fortive company and its products and deliver customer support to the internal team members, partners and customers via call, web meeting and chat technologies. This is the inground team that expands the support to the account management, sales and support.
- To provide support about the Emaint & Fluke software’s to the customers in a Microsoft web based environment
- responsible to answer all the support calls from email, chat and social media communications
- Follow and give proper resolution for issues facing by the end user and also gain the knowledge about the tools with the proper analytical and problem solving approach
- To have a strong bond of internal customer support team to give parallel support and solution to the end user question
- To participate actively in software product testing to ensure new version of the software are ready to release.
Required Skills & Experience
- Any degree (specially BA and BS preferred)
- Should have good problem solving skills
- Should have a ability to solve problems
- if you have a customer service experience then that will be added as advantage
