About The Role
Role : Customer Service Executive
Customer service executive is mainly responsible for handling the inbound calls and outbound calls through email, calls and also through chats as per the client requirements. This position mainly responsible for the resolving customer queries in both technical and non technical methods by carefully studying the client tools and software’s
- Experience and freshers both are eligible to apply
- Services provided to the customer should meet the KPI which is assigned to us
- By using all the available tools and with proper research should provide proper resolution to the customer
- Listen carefully to the customer and answer the queries with aftmost empathy and build a rapport with the customer
- Always start the conversation with greetings to the customer as agreed and learned as per the training sessions
- Should have a basic knowledge of client products
- Should actively participate in group sessions designed by the team to help to improve the customer support knowledge
- Always maintain a record of proper resolution of the solution offered to the customer
- Should respond to the customer quires by referring to the published materials and also tools and solutions designed by the senior staff
What Qualities And Skills Required
- Can be graduate or under graduate in any stream (can be changed based on the client requirement)
- Should have a interest in working in customer support
- Should have good computer learning and basics
- Ability to communicate in English and Hindi
- Should be okay in working multi tasking whenever required
- Ability to work in rotational shift as required by the project
- willing to work 6 days a week
- Should demonstrate strong problem solving skills
- Should be able to handle complex problems
