About the Role

Join  at Head out as our new Associate for Catalog Operations, This position more focusing to solve the problems in real world especially faced by the travelers. Your main responsibilities will include looking after the entire process of launching new experiences on Head out, accelerating the launch pace, and should understand and monitor that all there are aligning with Head out standards. With the ever-changing landscape of our business, your ability to independently learn, along with a proactive approach to discovering and assimilating fresh ideas, will be invaluable. This is a completely remote role so you can have the flexibility to work at your desired work place

Job responsibilities

• Always have a eye in the process and to ensure all the events are happening as per the document process by using internal tools
• Should have a complete ownership of all the process and should take responsibility and at Head out we believe every one has their own responsibility towards the process
• In our ever-adaptive business model, your self-reliance in learning and proactiveness in seeking and evaluating novel concepts will be crucial.
• Keep raising the bar by enhancing the Catalog quality metric, ensuring that the information on the Head out catalog consistently meets high standards.
• Work hand-in-hand with Head out’s supply partners to ensure accurate representation of their experiences on our platform. Engage actively with team leads and the product team to propose improvements that can boost the operational efficiency of catalog team members.

Skills and Requirements

• If you are freshers or have at least 2 years of experience in operations field and if you have experience in using any CRM tools like Zendesk and all then you can apply for this
• Should have quality driven approach
• Should have good communication and able communicate the issues and requirements
