Job Description

• Should carefully do the pre call study and analyze the requirement and should assign the required seller as per the requirements
• Should verify and check the client information updated in the portal by calling the client through calls
• After collecting the client information, should carefully update the information as per profile score
• Should able to explain the client benefits and other addon’s to the clients
• Disposing the cases with appropriate reason codes basis the conversation with the respective sellers.
• Keeping the clients informed about the recorded conversation before starting to collect any information from them.
• Should actively follow the client request based on the requirements
• Achieving the daily/Weekly/Monthly business targets.
• Work for 3-4 hours a day and to achieve target number of Daily connect/content collection.

Job requirements

• Should work in Monday to Saturday
• 9 AM to 7 PM (minimum 3-4 hrs./day)
• Should have Good working condition and along with calm environment
• Must have computer, smartphone (Android) with separate SIM for calling, Good internet connectivity.
