Job responsibilities 

• Should extend the support to the production activities by monitoring the excel sheet.
• Should able to communicate in English and also with team members when ever necessary.
• Should actively monitor and execute the production operations smoothly
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain workflow continuity.
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for operational activities.
• Should participate the training sessions to increase and enhance the knowledge
• Adapt to rotational shifts to provide consistent support across different time zones.
• Contribute to the achievement of team objectives by meeting performance targets.
• Utilize domain knowledge in ISV and Hi-Tech to enhance operational processes.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job qualifications

• Should have good knowledge in MS excel
• Exhibit strong English communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Possess a basic understanding of ISV and Hi-Tech domains as a nice-to-have skill.
• Should show interest in learning new things and should learn fast
• Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
