About The Role

Candidate should be  highly proactive and detail oriented Operations Executive to help us grow the e commerce department – with a heavy focus on Amazon. This is a hands-on, highly varied role ideal for someone who thrives in Excel, loves solving problems, and is excited about joining a rocket ship company where you’ll be trusted with real responsibility from day one. This role mainly deals with  Amazon ops, general eCommerce tasks, supplier coordination, and reporting. We don’t expect you to know it all – but we expect you to be a fast learner, obsessed with details, and ready to grow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1) AMAZON

  • Should maintain and update the flat files
  • Support in troubleshooting and listing errors
  • Should able to perform regular audits and health checks
  • Support pricing and regular margin checks through out the portfolio
  • to help the internal team in launching new product launches

2) INVENTORY & SUPPLY CHAIN

  • Should maintain the stock report up to date
  • Support inventory forecasting and PO planning
  • Should be in touch with the suppliers
  • should track supplier invoices and follow-up about the payments
  • Reconcile inbound shipments and resolve discrepancies

3) PROCESS IMPROVEMENT & AUTOMATION

  • Identify repeatable tasks and propose automation
  • to Create and update SOPs
  • Should create and experiment new workflows using AI tools (chatgpt, zapier…

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Should be strong in excel should know the specific formulas called (VLOOKUP, pivot tables…etc)
  • Should be with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • High energy and a bias for action
  • Comfortable on regular video calls and working UK hours
  • Excited by working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Interested in tools, systems, automation, and improving efficiency
