What is Customer Support At High level
You should be comfortable in assisting the team members and other internal department members in assisting and also seeking help in order to achieve any problem in customer service department. To be successful in this role, you will be confident, efficient, energetic, positive and optimistic while navigating a high-demand “virtual” room of customers and team members. You are the first impression for our customers to welcome, engage and field customer questions and inquiries directly to our representatives. Strong collaboration, time-management and prioritization skills are critical to the success of this role. At HighLevel, we require our team members to be on camera for all customer, peer and supervisor interactions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Should greet the customer in the meeting room and should assign them to the concerned Team lead
- Should be available to answer customer calls and requests through zoom calls
- Working with Managers and customer support reps to connect customers on zoom
- To develop and follow a process to create a best zoom waiting room interaction
- Educating customers on the chat/zoom support functions
- To provide consistent feedback to the team leaders about to improve the customer service
- Connect Senior Specialists with scheduled customers
- Facilitate Urgent Escalations by working with Managers and Senior Specialists
- Other duties may be assigned and/or modified as business needs change
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- If you have experience as a receptionist, scheduler, administrative/clerical assistant or relevant role preferred (not mandatory)
- Should be known about online google calendars and scheduling (i.e. Google Calendar) preferred
- Should be okay in answering high volume calls from the customers
- Should have good communication skills both verbal and written
- Patience and listening skills to respond appropriately
- Should be okay in working in customer support and also should be ready in switching on the camera
- Basic knowledge of the following applications preferred: Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, Excel, Spreadsheets, Mac, etc
