Wikasta Business and Technical Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an HR Executive to support daily HR operations, recruitment activities, and employee documentation. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization.

Role Overview

This position is suitable for individuals with experience in HR operations or recruitment who are comfortable handling multiple tasks, interacting with employees, and supporting the overall HR function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Maintain employee records, HR files, and related documentation.
  • Support onboarding procedures and assist with exit formalities.
  • Handle attendance, leave tracking, and basic compliance activities.
  • Respond to employee queries professionally and on time.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support HR operations and communication.
  • Assist in planning engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or similar roles.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and labor regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
