Key Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and adhere to rigorous secrecy, since client privacy is our most crucial fundamental.
- Work with a wide variety of data kinds, including but not limited to text, voice, audio, picture, and video.
- Deliver high-quality labeled data in accordance with the criteria provided to satisfy our KPIs, and employ in-house tools and software as part of Amazon’s commitment to responsible AI development and deployment.
- Demonstrate skill in producing high-quality human insight data in a variety of formats, including text, picture, video, and audio.
- Capable of making solid judgments and rational decisions when confronted with unclear or inadequate information while doing activities.
- Eye for detail and the ability to switch from one type of demand to another instantly.
- Provide assistance with daily operational deliverables for numerous job types allocated to you and the team.
- Analyze fundamental causes, detect mistake trends, and provide remedies to improve the quality of labeling activities and outputs.
- Responsible for identifying and resolving day-to-day process and operational issues in Standard Operating Procedures and tools, as well as making recommendations to improve operations.
- Demonstrate ownership in floor support by clarifying internal queries during execution as needed.
