About the Job
The responsibility of this position is to enables automation in the fulfillment center. This team serves Amazon Internal Fulfillment Technologies & Robotics teams by enabling automation, which includes real-time & offline (image/video) data auditing services. One of the major contributions of this team is to maintain the amazon stock and inventory and supporting the internal team
As an ML associate the main responsibility of this position is to add a human touch to the amazon fulfillment robotic process and to verify and judge the process along with all the images and videos capturing correctly or not. They are expected to verify or mark the location of product through a tool while maintaining highest level of accuracy. This process helps in maintaining the amazon inventory enough without any issues. This is an operational role. Under general supervision, the Associate performs precise and thorough video/image audits with high degree of accuracy and speed, thus aiding defect reduction.
Job Responsibilities
The main role of the associate involves in watching several hundred videos in the respective shift and to clearly assess everything is working as per the process, speed (productivity) and right / acceptable practices. As it it a continuous monitoring role so associates required to take breaks at a deducted time slot between 6:30 – 7: 30 to ensure to fulfill the correct working hours. Associates who are hired to work from home should maintain (1) dedicated workspace i.e., table, chair & sufficient lighting (2) workspace / work related data shouldn’t be accessed by anyone other than employee
The candidate is expected to demonstrate:
• Should be ok in working with non IT jobs and also in 6 months contract role
• Ability to audit through image/video/texts format
• Should able to see and check blurry and under quality images. Requires high level of attention & focus on screen
• Should be okay win working with targets and to increase the productivity
• Fast Pace of implementation & consistent performance
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts), remote teams and exceptionally good team player
• Should be okay in working from office when ever required
• Willing to switch ON laptop camera while on virtual meetings.
Important Points to Note
- Should okay to work in rotational shifts
- Some times as per the production requirement night shift also should be okay
- Week offs will be rotational and there will not be any fixed roles
