About the Role
Clipboard is actively looking for a client servicing role to join in the team, this is not a customer support role type, you will be enrolled as a frontline account manager and will be responsible for mainly handling health care felicities clients and should be able to solve their queries and problems with good satisfaction and proactivity. clipboard does not measure any employees performance by the name of score or anything they just only measure the performance based on the ability that are you able to solve the client requests are not.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Own and responsible for solving customer problems and solving the queries and issues by acting as a primary contact to the health care facilities through phone calls, chats and messages
- Prevent churn rates and identify the potential issues before the client actually highlight them and solve the by proactivity.
- Handle at least 30 min calls and 15 min tickets daily and 15 email tickets daily ensuring to give the proper solution
- should work independently and fast passed environment – they only want self starters and who can work themselves and set targets by them selves
