About The Role

Head out is looking to onboard Intern – reservation Operations to look over some critical backend operations. This role will be very much opted for the candidates who are looking to solve  some critical problems by using spreadsheets and also able to manage large amount of data and also the one who looks to grow gradually into a boarder role that touches key operational process.

The whole duration of this internship is for 9 months and there will be starting 3 months learning phase where you will be working in real time data entry, in these starting 3 months you will be learning about the operational work in head out and how booking and fulfillment system works and you will be given a full pledged training about these fundamentals to support the complex booking related data issues.

Along with the above responsibilities this role expands in learning about the working in booking confirmations, data analytics, working to to solve some customer and service provider issues as a customer support. You will be given a hands on experience on about all the booking before you complete the 9 months internships.

Mode of working

This is full time remote role for the candidates who are in India

Skills And Experience

• Required in detail oriented, if you are person who can work in details and checking the outputs before submitting the work then this role is for you.
• Need to have some basis knowledge of Microsoft excel and Sheets
• need to have self target mindset you manage the target by yourself
