Role Overview

Lokal app is hiring for the customer support role for it’s newly launched AP powered app called Eaze. Currently this app is operating in all the south indian languages like Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, As this app is growing rapidly and significantly.

As a customer support executive you will have full responsibility over the users who are facing issues over the app experience and also having issues in the app technical aspects. This role requires a fluency in local reginal languages like Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and also should have strong commination skills and proactive approach to the customer problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to the customer queries in various channels in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada
• help and assist the users in app functionality and trouble shooting the issues faced by them
• To provide valuable feedback based on the customer queries and related issues
• Document and track the customer queries and solutions in the internal tracking system for the reference
• Actively collaborating with the internal team to solve the complex problems
• Maintain high standards in customer support
• Engage with user to build strong relationship to build the brand values

Requirements

• Should have fluency in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil in both oral and verbal (any of which is acceptable)’
• Prior experience in customer will be added as a advantage
• Should have good communication skills
• Should remain calm and patience under pressure
• A strong commitment and dedication towards customer satisfaction
• String organizational skills
• Should have your own laptop and mobile
