Job Description
Job Title: ORM Expert
Job location : Work From Home
6 days Working( Week Off Mon to Thurs) should be any day as per the requirements
Salary: 12k in hand + 2k net allowance + upto 6k incentives
9 hours log in(8am to 10pm)
Should be Fluent in English(written and communication)
*NOTE* Should have own laptop, good net speed and power back up.

Job Role & Responsibilities
This is a full-time job related to ORM (Online Reputation Management) professional located in Bengaluru. The ORM professional will manage the brand’s online presence by monitoring online reviews and feedback, responding to customer inquiries, and mitigating negative comments. They will also conduct research, draft responses, perform data analysis, and train staff on ORM best practices.
Qualifications
- Should have Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Proficient in Analytical Skills and Research
- Experience in Training and mentoring staff will be added as benefit
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
