Role Overview
This role involves in supervising day by day activities of post premium team ensuring delivery of effectiveness and high quality PP service for the business it services and ensured the team delivered to agreed SLA’s & KPI by completing work in accurate and timely manner
Responsibilities
- To ensure allocated premium is completed in accurate and timely manner
- Follow up and raise questions to the senior technicians when the process is getting delayed
- Always willing to engage in feedback and personal development
- Help deliver the service to agreed SLA’s and KPI
- always ensure personal adherence to and support all the company compliance, risk management
- Ensure successful completion of training and assessment exercises as assigned from the compliance team and training departments
Skills & experiences
All the applicants should have following qualifications
- Candidates should have Btech and Degree certificate
- Awareness about the insurance and the role it plays for business
- Good communication skills (Both Verbal and written)
- Must have motivation to work in the part of the team and also individually
- Knowledge of MS office (excel, word & PPT)
- reasoning and Aptitude thinking to learn
Preferences
- Candidates will be preferred if they have basis knowledge of financial service industry.
- Enjoying working in a dynamic and changing environment across a wide range of subject matter and business operations.
